As part of OLIVIER’s commitment to sustainability, we ship directly from the source where our products are crafted with care. 🌍

By minimizing the need for additional fulfillment centers, your order may take a little longer to arrive, but each air mile saved helps reduce approximately 24kg of CO₂ from entering the atmosphere.

ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATION

Once your order is placed, it immediately enters processing, and we cannot cancel it. However, if you wish to return your order after it has been delivered, please contact our support team at support@wearolivier.com to initiate the return process. We will process your refund once we receive the returned item.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer multiple shipping methods to suit your needs:

Priority + Insured Shipping
If you select Priority + Insured Shipping, your order is fully protected in case it is lost in transit. You can opt for either a reshipment of your items or a full refund.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are our estimated delivery times:

Canada, Europe — 6-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand — 6-10 business days
Central & South America, Africa — 9-20 business days
Asia — 6-10 business days
United Kingdom — 6-10 business days

Please note:

These are estimated delivery times and do not include our 1-3 day order processing time.
Shipping times exclude delays due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
While the maximum delivery time is typically 20 business days, this may vary based on your location and local postal services.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please keep in mind:

In some cases, tracking may not be available for standard shipping methods.
It may take 2-5 business days for tracking updates to appear. If no updates are visible after 5 business days, please reach out to us for assistance.


LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order is lost during transit, we will assist you based on the shipping method selected:

Priority + Insured Shipping: You are eligible for either a reshipment or a refund.

To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping address during checkout. OLIVIER is not liable for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. However, if we make a mistake with your shipping address, we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no extra cost.

Once a parcel shows as delivered in the tracking system, please understand we are unable to assist further with issues related to its whereabouts. If you have concerns regarding your delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance. Thank you for your understanding.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply once your package reaches your country. You, the customer, are responsible for any customs fees. By purchasing from OLIVIER, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may apply.
